pretty good on display I guess, but for some reason I lost 10K gold and am not able to get any more except via interest.

Worst app Ive downloaded. Gaia is missing a huge opportunity for its users. I wanted to come back and play on my phone, but it is not mobile friendly at all. Its like they coded it drunk.

Its great when you log into the game and start playing. Theres a daily chance ticket every day where you can earn free gold. You can also purchase stuff in the market place. But it is terribly laggy! I try to hit the back button and it doesnt work, so I try again. Then it goes back and since I tapped twice, once it brings me back to the menu, it says I clicked the log out button. There should be an "are you sure you want to log out?" Screen since lag causes this all the time. Also, once you log out, it will tell you your username and password are wrong. I got my account information sent to my email and it still hasnt let me log in. It will continue telling you "username/password is incorrect" no matter how sure you are. Besides huge lag and a lot of glitches, it has potential. They just need to work out the bugs, but they havent updated even after all these reviews have been written.

My main problem is the PMs they break the quotes after sending the quote marks change to different codes

I like the idea of this. But when Im purchasing G cash a lot of times Ive lost a lot of money and its not from net problems. I need a refund if possible

I wish I could give this app zero stars because thats how much its worth. Its laggy, unattractive, and if you wanted to actually send people messages or receive replies forget it. It adds random bits of code into the message, breaking whatever formatting you may of had. The cash shop is inaccessible and takes forever to load. And when it finally does? Most of the time the item bar is stuck below the page. For how much cash Gaia is raking in you would think they would pay someone to fix this awful broken app.

There are still a lot of areas of improvement for this app. I feel for the money that Gaiaonline users spend aka Gaia Cash. There needs to be a better working app. It glitches too frequently and its hard to leave messages in the forums. They could also make it easier to make gold why using the app, because theres really no way of knowing if you post or surf through the app if youre getting gold; besides the daily deal. Aka, please continue to make this app better and listen to our reviews.

First, I sometimes end up getting an error window when sending a message, which then requires me to rewrite the entire message. Second, whenever I either send or try posting a picture, it will often display an image saying that it couldnt be found, yet when I try the same using the website, it shows perfectly fine. And third, when surfing through the forums, I have noticed that none of the posts are being displayed properly; most are only showing half of the post.

I dont mind the lagging and crashing, what I do mind is the gcash offers. For one day they worked for me and now they dont at all online AND on the phone app and its almost an entire year of doing this. Iv never had to have my account ban and I even pay real money for gcash so why is this happening? Zomg! is gone so Gaia admins could you try and make what people like stay on peoples good side? What the heck happened to you guys? Ever since Zomg! was taken down it all went downhill.

I lost my phone and had secondary authentication activated. Not the only way I can access my account is through the app. Having trading would help with on the go usage and also help recover gold and items from "lost" accounts like mine. Please consider adding trading :)

Nothing works, hard to navigate, missing important features like npc shops, the ability to check friends statuses. Replies in pms break, code often breaks like when quoting someone in forums. Its just a mess and isnt worth using.

I think its a shame that it hasnt had an update in the longest time... There is so much potential in this app, but it seems like all our cries have gone unnoticed.

I dont know what Gaia has done to themselves, first the site is awful and theyve done nothing to improve and next their app was released and was terrible from the word "go", and it still is the same.. Nothing has changed, the updates were useless, dont waste your time.. Member since 2005

Do you how much more fun and efficient this app would be if it didnt crash so much and have bugs when trying to pm!? The app has so much potential.

Ugly layout and hard to navigate. Its been known to crash on me numerous times even in one day

Logged in once now I cant login again. Market needs a way of not including items that have 0 listings in a search.

the main purpose for downloading this app would be to avoid the hassle of the mobile site. did it fulfill that purpose? not in any way, shape, or form. besides aesthetic issues (crowded text, sloppy coding, unfitting default images for everything), this app doesnt even work for most features of the site. the developers couldnt even make it so that pages stay zoomed at 100% when you click text boxes, which mobile sites zoom in on automatically, and was the main reason for me to try the app. the forums are impossible to navigate, as you have to click about 5 links before landing on a thread, and the only back button sends you back to the menu. the ACTUAL back button for forums pages are unbelievably small text links, all the way at the top of the page. if you like reading threads to the end then going back to the parent forum, good luck scrolling. again, dressup was also not any better than the mobile site. i was expecting swipe responses on the items list, but alas, only small buttons to click for navigation again. the entire purpose of using the app is once again defeated by the fact that focusing on objects zooms you in, so you have to zoom out every time you change from tops, bottoms, hats, etc. many parts of the website are entirely inaccessible. gold shops and journals are left out. support links are out of the question. theres no ongoing events that ive tried to access via the app, but i wouldnt be surprised if they were inaccessible as well. honestly, the lack of thought in this app is baffling. the font is much too small for relying on text links, and the navigation isnt organized at all. there is no accommodation for common mobile needs or functions, either.

So because the logout button is right where the back button is, its very easy to log out. Only it wont let you log back in. I have to redownload the app to log back in. You guys need to start working on this.

You guys have fallen apart. I miss the old Gaia. Without all the issues, before 1337Gate, before ZoMG! was taken away. The app fares no better. Buggy, poor design, and crashes (for me at least) every time I use it. You guys are a train wreck.
